Shipping & Delivery Policy
QuickIn Computers is committed to delivering your PC components and hardware safely and efficiently. We partner with top-tier logistics platforms and reliable offline couriers to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition.
1. Shipping Partners & Methods
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies (including, but not limited to, Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and Amazon Shipping), registered speed post, or verified offline transport services depending on your location and the size of the components.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 3 to 5 working days, or as per the specific delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Final delivery dates are subject to the norms and routing of the respective Courier Company or Postal Authority based on your destination pin code.
- Once dispatched, you will receive automated tracking updates via email and WhatsApp.
3. Delays in Transit
QuickIn Computers guarantees to hand over your consignment to the courier company within the stipulated dispatch window. However, QuickIn Computers is not liable for any unforeseen delays in delivery caused directly by the courier company, postal authorities, or localized logistical disruptions.
4. Address Accuracy & Liabilities
Delivery of all orders will be routed strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping information is accurate.
- In the event of delivery failure due to wrong information, typing mistakes, or an unreachable phone number provided by the buyer, the buyer will be completely responsible for any resulting delays.
- Any Return to Origin (RTO) charges or courier penalties incurred due to incorrect address details will be borne by the buyer.
5. Transit Damage & Mandatory Unboxing Video
Because we ship high-value, fragile electronics, we have a strict verification process to protect both our customers and our business:
- To claim any transit damage, missing parts, or dead-on-arrival (DOA) items, customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
- This video must clearly show the shipping label, the intact outer packaging seals, and the opening of the box to reveal the internal contents.
- Claims for physical damage during transit will only be entertained and investigated if accompanied by this unboxing video. Without this proof, QuickIn Computers cannot accept liability for transit damage once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
